Music Video Monday… Feist – 1234 (Sesame Street version)
Sesame Street taught me a lot of things – how to share, how to hate Elmo, how to count to ten in Spanish (thank you Celia Cruz). And I’m, you know, all grown-up and shizz now, but Sesame Street still holds a rather precious place in my heart.
Also, I’m secretly in love with Oscar the Grouch and keep a lookout for him.
Plus, Feist is freaking awesome.
I understand that this may by highly irrelevant to most people. Sesame Street is, after all, a children’s program. But there’s something really lovely about this video, and really sweet, and really innocent. Surely there’s no better way to start the week?
Ha! This is so random! Also Devil’s Food Cake how can you not love Elmo?! He is the epitome of cool and awesomeness! Elmo’s World was the best part of Sesame Street!
