Cake Snaps at Dick and Fanny, October 9th

Last night Dick & Fanny celebrated its first birthday in London. The party, which started last year in October, ushered in its fifth installation with DISCODROMO (BERLIN), FERAL aka MC KINKY, QUEER COUNCIL DJs and THE DUCHESS OF PORK on the decks for the usual mix of classic house and techno, italo and hi nrg.
Sandra Le, one of DAF’s founders, was back after recovering from a cycling accident in August, not only on the dance floor, but also on stage in a short drag performance with Miss Susan, DAF’s poster girl. As usual, there was a queue well down the street and it was packed to the gills inside with a throbbing crowd keeping the energy high right through to the end.
