The Most Cake launch party: Saturday 21 November
Dear lovers of cake and other excellent things,
As time continues to creep up on us like a dishevelled Lindsay Lohan at one of Sam Ronson’s DJ sets, we just wanted to throw a little reminder your way about the edible fun-times due to occur next Saturday 21st November, at our jaunty little launch party. After four months of frolicking about with our beautiful site, we decided it’s time to take her out on the town and introduce her to some of our friends. She’s very pretty, but quite geeky, so please be gentle. However, give her a cake or two and she’s anyone’s.
We’ve now secured free reign over both floors of our mouth-watering venue The Book Club, and with The Twats and Gay! for Disco rocking the dance floor downstairs and Chloe Ramone to feast your ears upon upstairs, you couldn’t really ask for more. But because we think you deserve the best, we’re throwing in some other fun stuff like pool tables, ping-pong and (of course) cake, provided by the truly wondrous girls of The Great Cake Escape.
Entry is free, yes FREE, all night long and our extra capacity now means we should have enough space to welcome each and every one of you into our collectively warm bosom (it’s nice in there). We never liked queues anyway.
We hope you’re just as excited as we are about officially celebrating the birth of our much-loved cyber baby, and look forward to seeing each and every one of your faces next Saturday night. In the meantime, we suggest you check out Chloe’s Spotify playlist for TMC to get you in the mood.
