As someone who has had her fair share of unsuccessful, unwise, damn right doomed romances I’ve become well accustomed to figuring out when a girl is not really all that keen. And being a generous sort, I thought over the next few months I would share my wisdom in what I can only hope to be insightful, life-affirming articles. Oh yes, bring on the Pulitzer.
Newsflash from the world of celebrity, where every opinion is indispensable: apparently, according to Jeremy Clarkson, TV is obsessed with hiring ‘Black, Muslim Lesbians’. This is to balance out the heterosexual, white male surplus. Forget the fact that I generally think Jeremy Clarkson is a knob, what I’d really like to know is where all these black, Muslim lesbians are. That’s a show I’d definitely watch.
There are a lot of things that make me angry. Cars that speed up when they see pedestrians, for example. Children who scream at their parents. Idiot spiritual leaders that like to blame highly controversial and illegal activity on homosexuals as opposed to deep-rooted issues within their religious movement.

Last week, I was in First Out, with a plate of houmous, pitta bread and vegan guacamole. Someone was trying to point out something in G3 to me, when Fuck The Pain Away by Peaches came on and I was like “OMG I love this song!” and started singing “sucking on my titties like you wanted me.. etc”.
Suddenly a little light flickered at the back of my head, and I realised that everything I was doing was really gay. I’d say 8.5 on the gay scale- at least! Short of someone projecting the L-Word onto the pitta bread, it really couldn’t get much gayer.
I just wanted to share that.
